Quarterly Summits

We invite select ministries to present to our Barnabas Community at one of our Quarterly Gatherings. Ministries invite our Partners and Guests to bring their Time, Talent & Network to help a ministry address an issue. 

Leadership Coaching

This is an in-depth leadership cohort for Ministry CEO's/Executive Directors. This involves quarterly gatherings, coaching and connecting with other ministry leaders. 

Barnabas Consults

We gather a handful of Barnabas Partners to help a ministry work a specific issue. These are done in-person or virtually and last 2 hours. 

Training Opportunities

Throughout the year we provide a variety of in-person and on-line training opportunities for ministry leaders.

The Barnabas Collective application process is designed to: Help ministry leaders view their organization through the perspective of a business leader. Help identify and define opportunities where Barnabas Collective partners can assist by bringing their Time, Talent & Network in support of the organization.

Ministries often face many of the same challenges that our Partners have dealt with in their business careers. These can impact areas such as long-term planning, marketing, information technology, legal, board governance, business development and HR. Our community of professionals is eager to use their skills to overcome these challenges and help ministries increase their impact.

Ministry organization leadership comes with unique challenges and demands. Sometimes having the perspective of a leader from outside your organization can be valuable, especially a proven business leader who is passionate about your success.

Help you tell your story

We provide coaching to those who engage with Barnabas, whether that be for a full presentation, or a small-group consultation. Our coaches will help you tell your story and invite people in ensuring maximum effectiveness. These tools can be used wherever you tell your story.

Step 2: Invitation to Engage

We'll respond to each of these forms with a "next step" email letting you know what opportunities are available to you at the current time.

Step 3: Full Ministry Form

We'll ask you to submit an in-depth 2-page ministry form that shares more details on your organization as well as key metrics and information we'll need.

Step 4: Invitation to Interview

We'll schedule a virtual interview with you with our Ministry Team. This is an opportunity for you to share your vision and identify ways that The Barnabas Collective can help you.

Step 5: Scheduling Engagement

Based on your interview, we'll schedule either a presentation date for one of our Gatherings, we'll talk about scheduling a Consult or we'll talk about other ways to connect with Barnabas .

Step 6: Ministry Affiliates

We'll invite you to continue in relationship with Barnabas as an Affiliate Ministry. This means that we'll keep communication open with you and look for ways to continue to engage strategically moving forward. 

Ministry FAQs

What do we mean by a Ministry Organization?

A Ministry Organization is a legally registered 501c3 non-profit organization, with an acting board of directors, a current 990 form and evidence of Kingdom Impact. 

Does the Organization need to be religious?

The Organizations that are involved with Barnabas are Kingdom Driven Organizations, sharing the message of the hope of Jesus Christ in their mission and vision. 

Can a Ministry Leader join the Barnabas Community as a Partner?

YES. We have a number of Partners who also represent ministries, however, we remind these Partners that they are joining Barnabas not for what they'll receive, but for what they can provide to other ministries. You don't have to be a Barnabas Partner to engage with Barnabas, however, if you want to experience the full Community, there is information here: Partners Page.
